Main Hall Booth - $2,000.00 USD

21 booths located inside the Main Hall ... each 10’ x 10’ booth comes with a table, 2 chairs, backdrop, skirting, and electrical outlets which provide ample space for displays, audio visual equipment, laptops and tripod stands. Attendees will be directed inside the Main Hall as this area includes the Main Stage which will showcase fiesta music, dancing and cultural presentations; areas will be designated for each region of Mexico represented.

Foyer Table - $1,000.00 USD

11 tables located outside the Main Hall as overflow ... each 10’ x 10’ space includes the same look as inside booths - a table, 2 chairs, backdrop, skirting, and electrical outlets which provide ample space for displays, audio visual equipment, laptops and tripod stands. Some walk-by traffic will occur with the main activities to occur inside the Main Hall.

Breakout Session - $500.00

4 separate conference rooms are available for Exhibitors to showcase their specific project, product or service thus ensuring privacy and freedom of dialogue. Attendees will register for each session and the presentation will provide an opportunity to deal directly with a focussed audience.
